Research into colours

In my research, I am searching for colours that are linked to promoting calmness and reducing anxiety and stress for my character, but also looking and contrasting colours for my other character, 'the negative fairy' that promotes these negative emotions such as depression, anxiety and stress. From my research, I have found evidence supporting my colour choices of white, violet, pink and turquoise/blue for my dragon- who I want to have the role of spreading calm and soothing energy.

From my research, I found that violet (the colours I am using for the crystals on my dragon) has "powers" that 'signifies strength, peace, wisdom. Brings balance and inner peace' ( -https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/life-style/health-fitness/de-stress/7-relaxing-colors-and-how-they-affect-your-mood/articleshow/46946305.cms), it also 'relaxes the mind and body' (http://www.psyweb.com/articles/depression/color-therapy-for-depression/) and according to https://www.getselfhelp.co.uk/colour.htm, it also is useful with helping with 'stress, anxiety...lack of confidence, low self-esteem and serve depression'.
I was also hoping to mix indigo with in my colour blend of the crystals, which also according to https://www.getselfhelp.co.uk/colour.htm, 'Promotes:   Wisdom, intuition, understanding, spirituality, peace, calm, inspiration' which is the aesthetic I am trying to achieve with my dragon. http://www.psyweb.com/articles/depression/color-therapy-for-depression/ says that indigo has a 'calming effect'.

The majority of the design of my dragon has teals, turquoise and blues for the main skin and body. Blue is often used in therapy, as it 'reduces tension throughout the body' (http://www.psyweb.com/articles/depression/color-therapy-for-depression/),-https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/life-style/health-fitness/de-stress/7-relaxing-colors-and-how-they-affect-your-mood/articleshow/46946305.cms says that blue is 'Peaceful, calm and gentle, blue has tremendous power to manage stress. It's a very soothing colour that helps calm your mind, slow down your heart rate, lower your blood pressure and reduce anxiety.' it 'promotes calm, peace and relaxation' (https://www.getselfhelp.co.uk/colour.htm).

Overall the use of blues and turquoise is Calm, cleansing, healing' (https://www.getselfhelp.co.uk/colour.htm), 'its suggested that blues, greens and lavenders ....are thought to have a calming effect. Most people feel comfortable with blues and greens and turquoises because these colours give a sense of being clean and fresh -- and calm' (https://www.webmd.com/women/features/color-psychology#2).
